1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 777kk ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the 777kk platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any policies or guidelines incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account. Continued use of 777kk after any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account at 777kk, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 777kk does not permit individuals under 21 to register, deposit, wager, or access any feature of the platform under any circumstances.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed through 777kk or through any other operator or regulatory programme, that covers the period of your intended use.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• You must register only one account. Operating multiple accounts for the same individual, whether in your own name or under false identities, is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account at 777kk. Account registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. 777kk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process that may be initiated at the time of registration or at any subsequent point, including prior to processing a withdrawal.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your password. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted on your account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. 777kk will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.
• 777kk may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address, and payment methods at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending successful verification.
• Any information provided by you to 777kk must be truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information, including falsification of identity documents, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

777kk operates a strict one-account-per-player policy. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 777kk reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate any balances at its sole discretion, and suspend the player from the platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at 777kk are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount and processing times are specified in the 777kk payment information section. 777kk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. 777kk processes withdrawal requests promptly and the majority of requests are completed within a few hours during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification before processing, particularly for first withdrawals or where account activity has triggered a review. 777kk reserves the right to delay a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be initiated, unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotional offer. Deposited funds that have not met the minimum wagering requirement cannot be directly withdrawn.
• 777kk does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet that is registered in your own name and matches the identity information held on your 777kk account.
• In the event of a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of a deposit transaction initiated by you or your payment provider, 777kk reserves the right to reverse any associated winnings, close your account, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

777kk offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, free spin offers, deposit match promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any associated bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement (rollover) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are issued to eligible accounts only. A player who is found to have abused a bonus — including, without limitation, placing low-risk or offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements artificially — will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Bonuses that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the account without compensation.

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Creating additional accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in immediate disqualification and account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777kk platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, incomplete, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including the submission of forged or altered identity documents.
• Colluding with other players, using software bots, employing data scraping tools, or engaging in any form of cheating that affects the integrity of games or betting markets on the 777kk platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform, structuring deposits or withdrawals to evade detection, or using the platform in connection with any criminal enterprise or illegal activity.
• Exploiting software errors, technical vulnerabilities, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained as a result of an error will be voided and the error must be reported to 777kk support immediately upon discovery.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, or registering a new account after having been permanently excluded from the platform. This includes attempting to circumvent exclusion measures through the use of alternative personal details.

Where prohibited conduct is suspected or detected, 777kk will take immediate protective action including account suspension, withdrawal holds, and full investigation. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct forfeit all rights to funds held in their account at the time of detection.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777kk, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 777kk platform, even if 777kk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777kk does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Where a technical error results in a game outcome that would not otherwise have occurred, 777kk reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts.

10. Amendments to These Terms

777kk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 777kk will provide reasonable notice to affected players by posting the updated Terms on the platform with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version.
